Aegean Flying Dolphins is a ferry company that is based in Piraeus that operates routes to and from the Sporades and Saronic islands. The company's high speed vessels also connect Volos with the Saronic islands.

Aegeon Pelagos is a subsidiary brand of the famous ANEK Lines ferry company. This ferry company connects the Cyclades islands, the Dodecanese islands and Crete with one ferry - MF Prevelis. The route starts from Piraeus crosses the Cyclades islands before reaching Crete and ending in the Dodecanes islands.

Karystia N.E. is a greek ferry company operating in the islands of the Western Cyclades. This company connects the Athens port of Lavrio with the two islands that are considered the gates of the Cyclades: Kea, and Kythnos. They operate one ferry capable of holding 789 passengers and 158 vehicles.

Minoan lines, one of the oldest ferry companies in Greece, was founded in 1972. Today, the company has a fleet of five ferries. Having grown very quickly, the company today is one of the most popular in Greece. In 2018, the company was awarded 'Passenger Line of the Year' at the Lloyd's List Greek Shipping Awards.
