You need fill in the online passenger locator form at least 24h before arrival in Greece here: travel.gov.gr.
If you haven't had Covid:
You need a vaccination certificate, or a negative result (PCR Test in the last 72hrs, or, a Rapid Test in the last 24hrs) before entering Greece.
If you have had Covid:
You need an official confirmation from your doctor (or a public authority or laboratory), if you recovered from 2 months after the illness and up to 9 months before your trip.
Those between 12-17 need a negative result of a self test while children under 12 years old can travel freely.
