Ticket Amendment

It is possible to change the date of your trip under the conditions that there is availability on the desired route and the new trip is carried out by the same ferry operator. If the change concerns tickets that you have already collected, the boarding passes must first be sent to our office.

Not all companies allow changes of route but in case changes are permitted, the fare of the new ticket(s) must be equal to or greater than that of the old ticket(s).

For every ticket change, there is a service fee of 4 Euros per ticket for domestic and 10 Euros per ticket for international routes.

Your may also change your tickets at the central port agencies of the ferry company. In any case, your request has to be sent at helpdesk@zasferries.com and a member of our team will revert in 24-48 hours.

Ticket Cancellation

If the cancellation is for tickets which you have already collected, the boarding passes must first be sent to our office. Tickets cannot be re-issued and in the event of a boarding pass loss, no refund is possible.

For any cancellation of a reservation or ticket, the refund amount depends on the cancellation policy of each ferry company. Our team will inform you on the exact amount to be refunded. No cancellation is possible after the ship's departure.

The refund will be returned either to the credit/debit card you used for the payment or to the PayPal / bank account you have provided.

For ticket cancellations there is a service fee of 4 Euros per ticket for domestic and 10 Euros per ticket for international routes. The handling fee is subtracted from the amount to be refunded. Cancellations can also be made directly at the central agencies of the ferry company, however we will take care of the refund.

If the cancellation is for an itinerary that has been postponed due to bad weather conditions, boatmen's strike, etc., you will be refunded the total amount without any service fee, provided the boarding passes are first sent back to our office. In any case, your request has to be sent at helpdesk@zasferries.com and a member of our team will revert in 24-48 hours.
